Watermelon Cilantro Avocado Salad

2 cups of watermelon, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 english cucumber, de-seeded and sliced
2 avocados, cut in bite-size pieces
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, de-seeded and sliced thin
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
juice of 1 large lime or 2 small
1 tsp, salt
1/4 tsp, pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
tips & tricks
The perfect dish to pair with Mexican food or with bbq.
If you don't like cilantro substitute with basil and leave out the jalapeno.
