2 stalks of celery

1-2 tbsp of unsweetened nut butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Cut celery into 3 inch sticks

  • Spread nut butter on top

  • With a spoon, carefully place chia seeds on top of almond butter

tips & tricks

When buying nut butter make sure there are no added oils or sweeteners.

The only ingredient should be the nuts.

It is important to incorporate protein, fat and fiber in every meal and snack.
