2 stalks of celery
1-2 tbsp of unsweetened nut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
Cut celery into 3 inch sticks
Spread nut butter on top
With a spoon, carefully place chia seeds on top of almond butter

The only ingredient should be the nuts.
