Turmeric Golden Milk

8 oz heated nut milk
heaping 1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg/allspice/cardamon
pinch of salt pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil or cacao butter
sweeter of choice (I used monk fruit)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
