1 cup almond or coconut milk

2 scoops vanilla collagen powder

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp chia seeds

Handful of spinach 5-6 cubes

ice pinch of sea salt

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender

(if you want to be rockstar)

For better consistency freeze green


Limit fruit to 1/4 cup or omit


Look for clean protein powders with minimal ingredients,
