Tahini Dressing

1/4 cup tahini 

1/2 cup warm water

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp cumin

salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except water

  • Slowly add water and begin mixing and stirring 

  • Depending on your desired dressing consistency, add more or less water

tips & tricks

Add on protein to add extra flavor and greens to a dish.

Use as a dip for raw vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and celery.

Add to salads for extra fat.
