Stir Fry Veggies

1/4 cup onion, diced
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 container pre sliced mushrooms
1 cup green cabbage or nappa cabbage, sliced thin
1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
1/4 tsp dried ginger
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
green onion, sliced (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
In a large pan, heat oil of choice in a pan (let it get really hot).
Add in onions, carrots, mushrooms and let cook until soft.
Once soft, add in cabbage. Cook cabbage until wilted.
Then add broccoli, sauces, and spices.
Cook until broccoli is soft but not mushy.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
tips & tricks
Add any protein to make a complete meal.
Some delicious options are chicken, shrimp, quinoa or sliced beef.
Feel free to add a mix or leave out some of the spices or sauces.
The most important is the coconut aminos or soy sauce (if you can tolerate soy).
Use any vegetables - when cooking start with hardest vegetables first.
Vegetables that cook fast like asparagus, broccoli and greens should be added last.
