4 broccoli crowns, chopped into small pieces
3 tbsp ghee
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon wedge
Chop up broccoli into bite size pieces. I start turning the broccoli head on its side and shave off the tops.
Heat up 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add in broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft.
Top with a spritz of lemon juice.

Additional Add Ins:
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
Meal Planning Tip:
To save time, chop broccoli in food processor.
Chop broccoli ahead of time and store raw in refrigerator.
Pull out 1 cup per person and cook when ready.
