Raspberries Fudge Bombs

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp coconut oil, soften

1/4 cup almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp monkfruit maple syrup (for sugar free) or maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of almond flour

frozen raspberries

Mix cacao powder, almond butter, vanilla, sea salt, coconut oil, maple syrup and almond flour in a bowl, to form a dough.

Use a tablespoon, to spoon out mixture and flatten in hand.

Add frozen raspberries to the middle and roll in a bowl.

Once you have used all of the dough, place bombs in the freezer.

Freeze for 20 minutes.

Bombs must be kept in the freezer.

tips & tricks

I buy my sugar free monkfruit maple syrup at Whole Foods. 

The brand is called Lakanto.

Delicious option for healthy dessert that is sugar free and full of healthy fats.

Best if let thaw for a few minutes before eating.
