Low Sugar Trail Mix

1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup walnut pieces
1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup Lily's semi sweet baking chip (or more)
Mix all ingredients in a large container with a lid.
Shake, shake, shake.
Store in airtight container or in freezer.
tips & tricks
Great snack that is high in good fats and nutrients. The more variety the better!
Use whatever nuts and seeds you like. I save money by shopping in Whole Foods bin section.
I like to mix up the different sizes.
If you want the snack to last longer use smaller pieces. You can eat it really fast if you use all whole nuts. You may eat the whole container in a day (it's so good).
