Layered Freezer Fudge

almond butter

cashew butter

coconut butter

rubber ice cube tray

  • Make classic freezer fudge and let cool in pot.

  • Add a layer of chocolate fudge to an ice tray mold and place in freezer until hard.

  • Remove from freezer and add dollop of filling (and any other toppngs) to each square and spread out evenly. Add back to freezer until hard.

  • Remove from freezer and add the final layer of chocolate fudge to each square. Place in freezer for final time until hard.

  • Pop out chocolates and store in freezer.

tips & tricks

Add a few scoops collagen for extra protein.

 

Add a few tablespoons of chia seeds for extra fiber.

If you don't have an ice cube mold, spread layers out

on a lined baking sheet to make layered bark.
