1 large handful parsley

10 mint leaves

juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 garlic clove

1/2 avocado

2 tsp red wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • Blend until smooth
