Ginger Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

Instructions

1/3 tahini

1/4 water

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or +1 balsamic)

1/2 tbsp rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp ginger, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredient in a blender. 

If you do not have a blender, just mix by hand (but it will not be as smooth).

tips & tricks

Great over salad, quinoa, cooked protein, cooked vegetable, raw vegetables.

It's great on everything!

Add more or less water for desired consistency.

For dips, I always add less water so it is a little bit thicker.
