Paleo | Whole 30 | Gluten Free
Total Time 20 Minutes
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp cacao powder
stevia drops to taste
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
rubber ice cube tray
In a small sauce pan, on low medium heat, melt the almond butter and coconut oil, whisk until mixed.
Add the vanilla, stevia and sea salt
Turn off heat and let cool for 10 minutes
Pour chocolate sauce into molds, add optional toppings and finish with more sea salt (very important)
Place in freezer until hard
Pop out chocolates and store in freezer
(warning - chocolate will begin to melt if removed from freezer for a long time)
tips & tricks
For creamier flavor add coconut butter.
My favorite add in is walnuts and a dollop of almond butter.
Great source of fat, great for dessert if missing fat from your meal.
