Freezer Fudge

Paleo | Whole 30 | Gluten Free

Total Time 20 Minutes



1/4 cup almond butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp cacao powder

stevia drops to taste

1 tsp Vanilla

Pinch of Sea Salt

rubber ice cube tray

optional toppings:

goji berries



coconut flakes

  • In a small sauce pan, on low medium heat, melt the almond butter and coconut oil, whisk until mixed.

  • Add the vanilla, stevia and sea salt

  • Turn off heat and let cool for 10 minutes

  • Pour chocolate sauce into molds, add optional toppings and finish with more sea salt (very important)

  • Place in freezer until hard

  • Pop out chocolates and store in freezer

  • (warning - chocolate will begin to melt if removed from freezer for a long time)

tips & tricks

For creamier flavor add coconut butter.

My favorite add in is walnuts and a dollop of almond butter.

Great source of fat, great for dessert if missing fat from your meal.
