1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

20 grams vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1/2 lime juice

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1 handful frozen spinach

3-4 chunks frozen coconut (Trader Joe's)

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender

(if you want to be rockstar)

For better consistency freeze green


Limit fruit to 1/4 cup or omit


Look for clean protein powders with minimal ingredients, sweetened with all natural sugars
