8 oz hot coffee
1/2 tbsp coconut or act oil
1/2 tbsp grass fed butter or ghee
1 scoop collagen
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
tips & tricks
To make this a complete meal, add 2 scoops of collagen and a tbsp of chia seeds.
If adding chia seeds, make sure to blend on high to completely mix into coffee.
If you want to sweeten your coffee, add all natural
sweetness such as stevia or monk fruit.
Great drink to have before going to a brunch to
fill you up so you aren't hangry when you get there.
