1 cup unsweetened nut milk

20 grams vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp cashew butter

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

1 handful frozen spinach

5-6 cubes of ice

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender

4. greens

(if you want to be rockstar)

For better consistency freeze green

 

Limit fruit to 1/4 cup or omit
