Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or sealed container.

  • Shake to mix.

  • Taste and add additional salt and pepper to taste.

Great on any salad! It is my go to go any type of chef's salad.

Apple cider vinegar is great for digestion and helps lower blood sugar levels.

Add one clove of minced garlic, 1 tsp of creole or dijon mustard, or 1 tsp of honey

to add some additional flavor.
